Essential Paintball Supplies By Carl Walker - After you’ve bought the basic equipment such as the marker, mask, and safety devices, there are some important supplies you need to consider before you really start playing a game of paintball. These little accessories and supplies can come in quite handy if you want to put yourself in an advantageous position when playing with other opponents.
Paintball Gun Oil:
Paintball markers/guns tend to weather after constant use. In order to prevent this or slow down the progress, use gun oil. The oil also helps operate your gun smoothly which is a prerequisite if you want to win in a game of paintball. However, remember to buy good quality oil from a dealer, which might or might not be specified by the manufacturer.
Spare Batteries:
If you use a gun that a hopper that runs on batteries, remember to always double check if you have extras with you before the game starts. It can be very inconvenient if you run out of fuel while out at the field. Buy high quality batteries that will last for a few good hours.
Gun Manual and Allen Wrenches:
You’re going to need to disassemble your marker once in a while, in order to clean or fix it. You should always
I've been playing paintball since Nov '08. I started playing with a Singaporean team called the Red Sevens competitively in '09 in the MPOC (Malaysian Paintball Official Circuit) in Division 3 for two legs. In '10 we bumped up to Division 2, in which the format was a Millennium-styled X-ball (Race-to-2, 15 bps ramping). We started doing really well getting a bunch of 1sts, 2nds and 4ths (comparatively to '09).
My sole role for the Red Sevens was to play the snake. I think it's the most fun bunker to play and I love to get in there and move ASAP to the opponents end to shoot people out. If anyone is interested, I'll be arriving in BC on the 9th of Sept and would like to have a flavour for the local scene ASAP! Add me on facebook at Ivan Rickard Liow.

So some people may have heard, we are moving into a larger facility! We've outgrown our current place too fast. It'll be 2-3 times larger and packed with more stock!
In the mean time, before our big move; we are planning to do a big sale to help reduce the amount of stuff we have to move!
In store only sale with Employee Rate discounts that can be up to 75% on all products. The sale will run August 16th to 20th at our Vernon and Vancouver retail locations and August 21st to 22nd at our Burnaby Warehouse. The Burnaby Warehouse will let people access almost our complete in stock inventory as it always comes here first before the stores!
We also have our refurbished/demo/blemished display items out during the weekend, showing items that are either slightly used or fixable. All items are extremely discounted and great for the tuners or tinkerers of paintball!
Be there before the stuff you want is gone! No Rain Cheques like last time, also did I mention up to 75% off all items?]]>
have the gun manual and an Allen wrench with you so that if, in an emergency, you need to take apart your gun, there shouldn’t be any hassles of not having a diagram, or a tool to help you work faster.
Replacement Mask Lens:
You can get yourself into big trouble if the lens of your mask lens crack and you don’t a replacement. This is because most tournament organizers will not allow you to play without proper safety equipment. It is also unsafe, so always have extra lens handy in case of emergencies. Also remember to never use masks with lens that’s been overused, or is wearing out.
Squeegees:
The barrel or breach of the gun may collect dust or debris. Use squeegees to clean these out. A clean and well-lubed barrel is essential for the smooth operation of the marker so, it’d be a great idea if you could carry an extra squeegee before joining a game.
Barrel covers:
Barrel covers such as barrel plugs and barrel socks prevents accidentally fired paintballs to cause any harm by blocking exit. A barrel sock is more effective in reducing the possibility of the safety equipment being detached from the marker/gun barrel. Always carry one to ensure that no one gets hurt.
Extra Parts such as O-rings & Cupseals:
Paintball guns can malfunction due to small, seemingly unimportant but vital parts such as the O-rings and Cupseals, which may become defective in the middle of a game. Do not let your game suffer because you forget to extra parts. Article Source: http://www.Article-Warehouse.com Paintballing HQ offers articles and tips about paintballing from beginner to expert.
